Bringing back Short Race

Hey folks,

I've been thinking about restarting Short Race The 100 hour video Challenge.
But with a few changes,

For starters I'll move it to assign missions on Thursday or Friday to give people the weekend to shoot and such.

I'm also considering making it only once a month.

And I'm debating putting a small entrance fee on it of $5 to be used to by a trophy or prize, something like that.
